Starting with the sub roll, it was ridiculously soft and fresh. The meat was piled high and it was top of the line meat, not the cheap thin sheets of meat that you find everywhere else. The sub was smothered with my choices of provolone cheese, fresh shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and mayo. But what set the cheesesteak over the top were the caramelized onions that gave the sandwich a spectacular flavor. The damn thing barely fit in my hands, much less my mouth. In short, it was a fat man’s dream….
